It has been tough going for a number of years for the beasts. Being the cellar dwellers has made it hard for the club to attract players. Remarkable they still turn up and compete in all three grades.

Easts picked up the wooden spoon again in 2019, but there was one shining light. In Round 17 Easts defeated Gungahlin 32-22 to finish the year with a victory.
